Themed boxes are carefully assembled in our signature Cheeky Box packaging and discreetly placed inside a black polymailer to ensure privacy and protection during transit. No logo or "Cheeky Box Canada" will be displayed on the label.
Individual item orders are discreetly packaged in plain, appropriately sized boxes to accommodate the product(s). To maintain confidentiality, the packaging does not display any logos or "Cheeky Box Canada" name will be display.
NOTE: All products will always be shipped in their original manufacturer packaging, whether purchased individually or as part of a themed box.

Each themed boxes is built around a clearly defined concept, so you always have a good sense of the experience and product categories included. While the theme and product categories are consistent, the element of surprise remains part of the experience.
For this reason, specific brands, colors, sizes, models, or product variations are not guaranteed. All items are delivered in their original manufacturer packaging with seals intact.

Each box is designed around a specific theme and pre-selected experience. To keep our themed boxes thoughtfully priced, we do not offer product customization within them.
However, when you select 5 individual items, you only pay for 4 with code 5FOR4. This lets you fully personalize your own experience bundle with the same benefits of our themed boxes.
It depends! Each themed box has its own unique structure and selection. We recommend reviewing the descriptions of the boxes you’re interested in to compare contents.
When products may be similar: If both boxes include a waterbased lubricant, it’s possible they may feature the same product or similar ones.
Games are always a nice ice breaker for partners. They help to strenghten bonds and enables communication.

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate wellness products that have been opened or used are generally not returnable.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURN TO SENDER: If you refuse delivery (“return to sender”), note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees charged by the carrier, and these charges will be deducted from the refund once the items arrive back at our warehouse.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For hygiene reasons, opened shipping packages or used products cannot be accepted or refunded. All items must remain unopened and in their original seals to be eligible for refund processing.
