Orders with individual items are packaged based on their size and shape, so you may not receive our signature Cheeky Box packaging. To keep your order discreet and protected, it’s enclosed in a black polymailer.

We do not offer customization options for our themed boxes as part of our commitment to offering the lowest prices on the market.

It depends! Each themed box has its own unique structure and selection. We recommend reviewing the descriptions of the boxes you’re interested in to compare contents. For example, if both boxes include a lube, it’s possible they may feature the same or similar products.

No. Each themed box includes a small gift and samples—our way of saying thank you for trusting us and enhancing your discovery experience.
Samples are included free and are subjects to availabilities.
Since the content of our box are from intimate nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchange unless a toy is faulty.
For health safety reasons and for our customers peace of mind; once the box seal is open, the content is considered used. Therefore, they cannot be returned or exchange. Please refer to our policy.

Unfortunately once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it and provide a refund.
Return to sender: If you refuse the order at the time of delivery. Keep in mind that all of our orders are considered used once the shipping box is opened and cannot be accepted back by our warehouse; therefore will not be refunded. Please make sure the shipping box remains sealed and be aware that the customer is responsible for the full "return to sender" shipping fees calculated by the post service provider you've used.

Because our boxes are sold as assortments, we cannot guarantee specific contents. Therefore, we do not recommend purchasing if you have allergies or sensitivities to materials or products commonly found in adult items.
