CANADA SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Rates
- FREE Standard Shipping in Canada for order 69$ and +
- 12$ FLAT SHIPPING FEE for Canadian orders under $69
- SHIPPING OPTIONS: Additional shipping options are offered at checkout for your convenience. (Fee is calculated at checkout based on location)
*Remote locations: Additional fees may apply, will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
This processing time includes:
✅ Verifying your order details and payment
✅ Picking and packaging your items
✅ Creating your shipping label
✅ Preparing the shipment for carrier pickup (Normally picked up the next business day)
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Major urban areas: 4–10 business days (Excludes weekends or statutory holidays).
- Remote or rural locations: 7–14 business days (Excludes weekends or statutory holidays).
PLEASE NOTE: The delivery estimate displayed at checkout is provided automatically based on standard transit times. It does not account for carrier processing times, weekends, statutory holidays, weather, peak shipping seasons, or other unforeseen delays.
Shipment Method
Cheeky Box orders are shipped from our warehouse using a third-party fulfillment service. To ensure efficient delivery, we utilize multiple carriers, including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, UniUni, ICS and more.
If you wish to ship to a PO Box, please us leave a note with your order, as not all carriers can provide this service.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the system.
If you do not receive your order within 10 to 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@cheekybox.ca with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, sometimes situations beyond our control can impact your shipment. These may include severe weather, sudden carrier service disruptions, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.
We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to keep you updated.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customerservice@cheekybox.ca as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will review these cases individually and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, CheekyBox.ca does not accept returns. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING POLICY
Be Aware of Recent Tariff Changes – You may see additional import fees on your order due to recent tariff changes. Please note that these charges are not collected by Cheeky Box and are determined by U.S. customs authorities. Cheeky Box is not responsible for, and does not cover, any import duties, taxes, or related fees.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that any customs-related charges are your responsibility. Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees may result in delays, return of the package, or abandonment by the carrier or customs authorities. Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.

Damaged Shipments

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
International Shipping available to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain,Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Greece, Lithuania, Slovenia & Vatican City.
Shipping fees
Applies at checkout upon entering your address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any importation fees that may occured based on the destination local taxes.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@cheekybox.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
