Refund policy

RETURNS

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, CheekyBox.ca does not accept returns. Once the shipping box is opened, all items are considered used and cannot be returned.

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

While our products come directly from the manufacturer, there may be instances where items arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, we want to make it right. Please contact us at customerservice@cheekybox.ca as soon as possible so we can assist you.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, CheekyBox.ca is unable to cancel the transaction, as the package is already en route to the carrier facility.

If an order was made by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@cheekybox.ca

Please note that for hygiene and health safety reasons, once the shipping box seal is broken, CheekyBox.ca considers all items used and non-returnable.

 

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a shipment has left our warehouse. However, if you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us at customerservice@cheekybox.ca for assistance.

 

RETURN TO SENDER

Carriers may mark a parcel as Return to Sender if it is unclaimed or refused. If you wish to refuse delivery, ensure the package remains unopened and sealed. Please note that return shipping fees will apply and will be deducted from any potential refund.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or misspelled address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with resending the package.
